ELIGIBILITY

Participation in programs is open to individuals who meet age and eligibility requirements listed on the website.

• Parents/guardians must register minors

• You confirm all information provided is accurate

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

All registrations must be completed through our official platform.

• Fees must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan

• Payment plans must be honored on schedule

• Failure to complete payment may result in removal from participation

• No one likes chasing payments, so don’t make it a hobby.

REFUND POLICY

All registration fees are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances determined solely by The Gridiron C.R.I.B., including:

• Program cancellation by the league

• Verified medical inability to participate (documentation required)

• Refunds, if issued, may be prorated and subject to administrative fees.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in sports involves inherent risks, including injury or illness.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Flag football is a physical activity with risk

• Injuries may occur despite safety measures

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

MEDICAL & SAFETY

We take safety seriously, unlike some leagues that treat it like a suggestion.

• Participants may be required to wear approved protective gear, including headgear

• Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing medical conditions

• Emergency medical care may be administered if necessary

CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to behave like functioning adults.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive language

• Unsportsmanlike conduct

• Disrespect toward coaches, officials, or players

• Violation may result in removal without refund.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, you grant The Gridiron C.R.I.B. permission to use photos, videos, and likenesses for:

• Marketing and promotional content

• Social media and advertising

• Website and partner features

• No compensation will be provided for media use.
